1. Introduction

The following Terms and Conditions govern all use of the ozzionecharters.com website and the services provided by Ozzi One Charters (operating in Malta & Gozo). By accessing this website or booking a charter with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Reservation: A booking is confirmed only when a deposit or full payment has been received and you have received a confirmation email or WhatsApp message from us.
  • Pricing: All prices are in Euro (€) and include the boat, fuel, captain, and taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include food or gratuities unless specified.
  • Eligibility: The person booking the charter must be at least 18 years of age.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced to protect our crew’s schedule. Please refer to our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy page for full details regarding weather cancellations, guest cancellations, and late arrivals. By booking a trip, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Refund Policy.

4. Safety & Conduct on Board

The safety of our guests and crew is paramount. By boarding the Ozzi One, you agree to the following:

  • Captain’s Authority: The Captain has total authority on the vessel. Guests must follow all safety instructions given by the Captain immediately.
  • Alcohol & Behavior: Moderate alcohol consumption is permitted. However, we have a zero-tolerance policy for drunken, abusive, or reckless behavior. The Captain reserves the right to terminate the charter immediately without refund if any guest poses a danger to themselves, the crew, or the vessel.
  • Prohibited Items: Illegal drugs, weapons, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited on board.
  • Children: Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times.

5. Liability & Risk

  • Assumption of Risk: Boating, swimming, and snorkeling involve inherent risks (e.g., slipping on wet surfaces, sea conditions). By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Ozzi One Charters is not liable for any personal injury or loss of property caused by your own negligence or failure to follow instructions.
  • Personal Property: Guests are responsible for their own belongings (phones, cameras, bags). We are not responsible for water damage or loss of personal items during the trip.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Ozzi One Charters. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without express written permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the services provided by Ozzi One Charters shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
