Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Ozzi One Charters, we strive to provide the ultimate private experience. Because our charters are reserved exclusively for you—meaning we turn away other potential guests for your specific time slot—our refund policy is structured to protect both your vacation plans and our crew’s schedule.


2. Cancellation by the Guest

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation timeline is as follows:

  • More than 24 Hours Notice: If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before your scheduled departure time, you are eligible for a Full Refund.
  • Less than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable. The captain and crew have already been scheduled for your trip.
  • No-Shows: If you do not arrive at the pick-up location within 30 minutes of the scheduled departure time without contacting us, it will be considered a “No-Show” and the full charter fee will be forfeited.

3. Cancellation Due to Weather (The Captain’s Call)

Your safety is our absolute priority. The Mediterranean sea can be unpredictable.

  • Captain’s Decision: If the Captain deems weather conditions unsafe (e.g., strong winds, rough swell, storms), the charter will be cancelled. In this case, you will be offered two options:
    1. Reschedule: Move your charter to a different date or time (subject to availability).
    2. Full Refund: Receive a 100% refund of your payment.
  • Client Preference: Please note that cloudy weather or “less than perfect” sunshine is not grounds for a refund if the sea conditions are safe. The charter proceeds unless the Captain cancels it for safety reasons.

4. Late Arrivals

Your private charter time begins strictly at the booked time.

  • If you arrive late, the time will be deducted from your total trip duration. We cannot extend the charter time past the scheduled finish, as other guests may be booked immediately after you.
  • We recommend arriving at the dock 15 minutes prior to departure.

5. Processing Refunds

If your refund is approved (due to weather or early cancellation):

  • We will initiate the refund immediately to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the funds back to your account.
  • If you have not received your refund after 10 days, please contact us directly via WhatsApp or Email.

6. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers or certificates purchased for Ozzi One Charters are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. However, they are transferable to other guests if you cannot use them.
